The planting distance for Dior, size 28/35 is 26 to 28 centimeter. For the size 35/50 a planting distance of 31 tot 33 centimeter is adviced. This planting distance is also adviced for the size 50/60 cut potato. Do always count the tubers. Heavier soils require a narrower planting distance.

Plant Dior in small, white sprout stage. Treatment against Rhizoctonia during planting is adviced. Prevent condensation before and during planting to avoid contamination.

Start spraying against Phytophthora at 80% emergence and start irrigation when necessary.  A second gift of N can be applied at tuberset. Dior has no problems with haulm killing.

Wait with harvest until the skin is fully matured. Be carefull with mother tubers and prevent damage during harvest. After harvest take care of good ventilation in storage until the product is dry. During long storage regular ventilation is required and gradually cooling down to 4-5°C. Before transport gradually warming up to 12-15°C.
