The planting distance for size 28/35 is 24 to 26 centimeters. For size 35/45 a distance of 28 to 30 centimeters, for 45/50 31 to 33 centimeters and 50/60 29 to 31 centimeters. Always count the tubers and keep a closer planting distance in heavier soils.

7 FOUR 7 is suitable for all soil type. Planting in the white point stage gives the best results. Plant 7 FOUR 7 at normal depth in the ridge and do not use K-chloride as a potassium source in the spring. This table potato does not seem sensitive for Metribuzin.

With an 80% emergence you can start spraying against late blight. You only irrigate the 7 FOUR 7 if necessary and you apply a second nitrogen application when the plant starts to set tubers. Start spraying against Alternaria in time. The third Nitrogen application is around the flowering period. It is also important to start spraying against Phytopthora in an early stage.

After haulm killing, allow the tubers of 7 FOUR 7 to set skin before harvesting. After harvesting, ensure good ventilation during storage until the potatoes are dry.
