First trialfields harvested

On the trial fields of Den Hartigh harvesting has started. The season was very short. In the beginning of July we already started with harvesting. Due the good weather in the begin of July the harvest goes very well, with good results of potential new varieties. In general we see a lower tuber count, the same situation we also see in the most commercial fields. Due to the dry season, the tuber set was lower and it results in a lower yield in the commercial fields.
